29 CFR 1910.24(e): The fixed stairs were not installed at angles to the horizontal between 30 and 50 degrees as outlined, but not limited to the combinations given in Table D-1:    a)  Blaster Building - The height of the step leading to the outer door on the southeast corner of the building was approximately fifteen inches from the ground which exceeded the maximum height of 9.5 inches allowed for a riser. On or about 7/24/13.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. On or about 7/24/13.    b) Cutting Deck - The employer did not ensure employees who emptied residual caustic chemicals such as, but not limited to NaOH and KOH from incoming 55 gallon drums wore safety glasses when chemical splash goggles and face shields.
