29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There existed damaged parts that could have adversely affected the safe operation or mechanical strength of electrical equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating. (a) Location - Next to the Maintenance Supervisor's Office: On or about July 26, 2013, a conduit containing 480 volt electrical wires was damaged and the wires in it were still energized.
