Observed on or about 02/26/2013. NORTHEAST UNION INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(10) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN INSPECTION NUMBER 315281501, CITATION 1, ITEM 3, AND AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 04/08/2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT SITE 301 BLUEBIRD LANE, MILLVILLE NJ.
