29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify fall protection training by preparing a written certification record. If the employer relies on training condcuted by another employer or completed prior to the effective date of this section, the certification reocord did not indicate the date the employer determined the prior training was adequate rather than the date of actual training: a. For work done at the Scully Building, Southeast Missouri State Univeristy, where employees were potentially exposed to a fall hazard while re-installing exterior grill work, fall protection training, specific to the work done at the construction site was not documented. (Note: if the employer relies on previous fall protection training, a certification record is reuired to be updated for the specific hazards at the current site.)
