The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25 feet to the paved surface below.

The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25 feet to the paved surface below while working from the basket of the lift.

The slope of the roof ranged from approximately 5 in 10 to 10 in 12 (vertical to horizontal). The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25 feet to the paved surface below.
