29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system.    (a)    Manuel Valenzuela Construction at 1517 Hollyberry St., Berthoud, CO 80513:  On and before July 3, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two employees were engaged in exterior sheathing activities on the roofs above the first and second levels of a single family residential home with a fall hazard of approximately 11.4 feet and 21.4 feet without the use of a fall protection system.
