29 CFR 1926.754(a): Structual stability was not maintained at all times during the erection process. a) Jobsite: 1835 N. 12th St. - Employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in between hazards when the employer attempted to level the 5th floor of the structure using a chain fall system. One employee sustained multiple injuries after being struck-by a cantilever beam that collapsed from the 6th floor. Noted on or about 07/12/12.
