29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) On July 26, 2013 and at times prior thereto; front of site, employees were operating a table saw which was not equipped with an anti-restart/magnetic switch to prevent it from accidental start up if the power was lost and re-engaged. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
