29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Underneath the Bridge - Employees used a 15 foot high fabricated frame scaffold to repair support pillars on an Interstate 81 bridge but they did not have adequate or complete fall protection in place, observed on or about 7-25-13. Abatement certification required.
