29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Jobsite: Roof. Subcontractor's employees were exposed to an approximately 10 feet fall to the pavement below while performing roofing work where fall protection was not utilized and where a competent person inspections were not conducted of the fall proection systems.
