On or about June 22, 2013 missing or not connected critical structural members, cross bracing rods and flange braces were not replaced with temporary rigging of equivalent strength in the following buildings, resulting in the collapse o0f building 6, exposing workers to the hazards of being struck by steel and falling from elevations: a.
