29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:       (a)  M.C. Quality Framing LLC at 16633 Downing St, Thornton, CO 80602:  On July 26, 2013 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee performing framing work walked the top plate of an exterior wall on the second level of residential home without utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.       (b)  M.C. Quality Framing LLC at 16633 Downing St, Thornton, CO 80602:  On July 26, 2013 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee performing framing work stood on second level trusses near the edge of an exterior wall without utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.       (c)   M.C. Quality Framing LLC at 16633 Downing St, Thornton, CO 80602:  On July 26, 2013 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that guardrails were not installed on a window opening on the second level on the east side of the home. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet.
