Inside of the compressor room, there was white romex wiring being used to energize the compressor. There was a switch box connected to the romex and the romex was plugged into a duplex outlet. The romex was connected to the compressor and extended to the duplex outlet. The compressor wire needs to be hard wired inside of conduit.

All contaminated sharps have to be walked to that area from the operatories, increasing chance of injury to employees.
