Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) On or about July 30, 2013 - 24574 Alabama 48, Woodland, AL, employees working 12 feet above the ground and within 6 feet of the edge were not protected from falls while installing roofing materials.
