29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Complete Refrigeration, LLC on or about July 30, 2013, at the address of 1725 S. Wheeling St. Oregon, OH: The employer failed to ensure employees installing refrigeration units atop a commercial structure were adequately protected from falls. The employees working in this condition were exposed to an approximately 25 ft. fall to the pavement below.
