29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom shall be maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable.  a.  At the workplace, in the kitchen, in the sink area, the floor did not have drainage or mats to prevent a slipping hazard when the floor was wet.

29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Where mechanical handling equipment is used, sufficient safe clearances shall be allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage must be made. Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repairs, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard.  a.  At the workplace, in the kitchen area, the flooring was damaged with linoleum and rubber matting peeling up, creating a tripping hazard exposing employees to a fall.

When normally enclosed live parts are exposed for inspection or servicing, the working space, if in a passageway or general open space, shall be suitably guarded.  a.  At the workplace, in the storage area, spices were stored on shelves approximatley one foot from the front an electrical panel door.
