Stonewater Creek Subdivision, 4711 Gablestone Drive, Lot #21B, Hoschton, GA - Employees were exposed to caught-between hazards. Employees were operating the portable concrete mixer without having the guard covering the rotating parts (drive pulley and belt). Employees were using the concrete mixer for the brick laying process of the newly constructed home, on or about 07/31/13.

Stonewater Creek Subdivision, 4711 Gablestone Drive, Lot 21B, Hoschton, GA - Employees were exposed to a chemical hazard. The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program where employees were exposed to hazardous chemical/substance on the jobsite. Employees were using coosa masonry mortar cement mix, which contains Portland cement, when mixing up the dry concrete mix for the brick laying process on the newly constructed home, on or about 07/31/13.
