29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: a) At the entrance to the site, two diesel fuel dispensing units had no barrier protection against vehicular traffic or damage from construction material stored next to the units creating a fire hazard, on or about 07/31/13. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
