29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Exterior of Unit - A laborer was observed not wearing head protection standing below an employee on a ladder jack scaffold installing vinyl siding and exposed to a struck by hazard, on or about 07/29/13. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
