29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: The employer does not ensure that listed or labeled electrical equipment is used or installed in accordance with listing or labeling. This violation occurred on or about July 27, 2013, on the northwest side of the warehouse where an employee was exposed to electrical hazards when using a Lennox centrifugal fan (SN: D010 3/4 FW) for cooling. Pursuant to 29 C.F. R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that listed or labeled electrical equipment is used or installed in accordance with listing or labeling.
