29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labeling system and the material safety data sheet, and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  a) For the Florida Service Painting, Inc. jobsite at 801 N Orange Ave., Sarasota, FL 34232, as observed on or about 08/05/2013.  Employees working with Promar 200 Interior Paint and DTM Acrylic Paint were not aware of what kind of paint they were using, what a material safety data sheet was, and had not received any training on the chemical hazards.  The Promar 200 contained titanium dioxide, calcim carbonate and kaolin.
