29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures were not weatherproof in wet locations: (a) The electrical breaker boxes installed on all sides of the line 1 & 2 compressor wash system were not weatherproof to be used in a damp or wet setting and allowed moisture to enter the boxes and expose employees to electrical shock and electrocution hazards.
