29 CFR 1926.403(h): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit was not legibly marked at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so that the purpose was evident: (a) Elkhorn Construction, Inc. at 67509 Weld County Road 71, Grover, CO 80729: On and before July 15, 2013, the employer did not ensure each circuit breaker was identified in that the panel box providing electrical power to the turtles was missing labels or markings. This condition exposed the employees to electrical hazards.
