The employer did not attach such labels in areas where they would be clearly noticed by employees who were likely to be exposed, such as at the entrance to mechanical room/areas:  a)  The pipes with presumed asbestos-containing material insulation were not labeled on the roof of Building 24 nor was the door opening to the Building 24 roof area labeled with information on where presumed asbestos-containing material was located on the roof area.
