29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from damage: At the office trailer onsite, flexible cords were not protected from damage as a 110 VAC extension was pinched between the window and window frame on the office trailer. The cord supplied power to a radio in another trailer onsite.
