Location: 46 Charter Oak Road, Fairfield, CT 06824 The 5 in 12 pitched garage roof with an 8 foot 5 inch eave to ground fall distance on the backside of the garage and a 10 foot 1 inch eave t ground fall distance on the front or grage door side of the garage used as a walking/working surface in order to conduct painting and exterior cedar siding repair was not equipped with a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.
