29 CFR 1926.1412(d)(1)(iii): Air, hydraulic, and other pressurized lines for deterioration or leakage, particularly those which flex in normal operation. On this worksite, employees operating a Northwest 50D crawler crane, were exposed to struck-by hazards due to numerous and visible hydraulic leaks from the hose connections at the hydraulic tank.

29 CFR 1926.1433(d)(7)(iii)(A): The cab must have windows in front and on both sides of the operator. Forward vertical visibility must be sufficient to give the operator a view of the boom point at all times. At this worksite, the employee was operating a Northwest 50D crawler crane drilling holes for bridge columns, and the front cab window was stuck in the overhead postion and exposing the employee to a struck-by hazard.
