29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:  a-1452 Center Street, Fort Lee NJ: An employee engaged in gutter installation activities was injured as a result of a 16 foot fall from the unprotected roof edge to the ground as a fall protection system was not present. Condition noted on or about 08/01/2013.
