29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. On or about August 1, 2013, and at times prior thereto, the material handling lift used to lower an employee down from a roof of a residential home did not provide any fall protection to the employee. The employee was exposed to a fall of up to 20 feet.
