On or about 8/2/2013, building parking lot, the employer did not meet option (1), (2), or (3) when a truck crane's load line was rigged to a metal beam and less than 20 feet from an overhead power line thereby exposing employees to electrical and struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.1408(b)(1): 29 CFR 1926.1408(b)(1): The employer did not conduct a planning meeting with the operator and the other workers who will be in the area of the equipment or load to review the location of the  power line(s), and the steps that will be implemented to prevent encroachment/electrocution.       a.  On or about 8/2/2013, building parking lot, a planning meeting was not conducted to review the location of overhead power lines and the steps implemented to prevent encroachment of the minimum distance to overhead power lines where a truck crane lifted loads thereby exposing employees to electrical and struck-by hazards.
