29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be conducted by a competent person designated by the employer was not provided by the employer who was responsible to initiate and maintain an accident prevention program: a- 957 Ocean Avenue, Mantoloking NJ: A competent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite. Employees on this site were exposed to hazards including, but not limited to fall and struck by hazards. Condition observed on or about 07/29/13. Dearborn Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 413822, Citation 1 Item 1(a) issued on 06/23/12 pertaining to a workplace located at 633 East Avenue in Bay Head NJ and became a final order on 07/06/12. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
