Milling Department:  Employees were exposed to hazards created by the unguarded rotating shafts and end-nuts on the buffing machine while using the buffing wheel to remove burrs from machined pieces.  2.  Turning Department:  Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards and hazards from rotating parts while operating the Nakamura-Tome Precision Methods Slant 1 CNC Turning Center where the door was not equipped with an interlock.  3.  Milling Department:  Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards and hazards from rotating parts while operating the Kia VA-40 Vertical Machining Center where the front enclosure was broken, leaving an opening approximately 2 1/2-inches wide.
