29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Examination. The employer shall ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Safety of equipment shall be determined on the basis of the following considerations: (a) Location: 273 Boston Street, Billerica, MA On or about 7/29/2013, the employer failed to ensure that electrical equipment was free from recognized electrical hazards such as water leaking on energized equipment, exposed energized parts and unsupported light fixture parts.
