29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. a) At the BLM district building there was a cubicle with a electrical cord laying across the cubicle access creating a tripping hazard. b) At the BLM district building conference room there was an electrical cord laying across the room from the wall outlet to computers creating a tripping hazard. c) At the BLM district in a designated storage cubicle there was a red extension cord laying across the entrance to the cubicle. d) At the BLM district Interagency operations center managers office leading into the center there was installed carpet tape with curled up edges causing a tripping hazard. e) At the BLM district loading and storage dock area there were a 22 inch rebar stakes that created tripping/impalement hazards.
