29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Main & Sykes Sts Palmer, MA: On or about August 1, 2013, an employee was working to set the roof trusses on this building's steep roof more than 13 Ft above the ground below without any fall protection as required by this subpart: Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): Gorobinsky's Carpenters was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b) 1, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315514877, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 21, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Everett Rd (Safety Complex) South Hadley, MA.
