29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use:      a) On or about August 7, 2013 and at times prior, the employer did not develop or implement a written respiratory protection program. Employees were required to wear a 3M half-face respirator when performing paint work on the vehicles.      The Rainbow Collision and Auto Glass was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 451393, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 17, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 555 Ford Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80915.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(iii): Fit testing procedures for tight-fitting respirators;    a) On or about August 7, 2013 and at times prior, employees were not fit tested prior to wearing a half face respirator. The employees wore the respirator when performing paint work on the vehicles.
