29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:       a)Cedar Woods - 1 Possumtown Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854: Employees were observed performing framing operations on the second level with a height of approximately 12' to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards.      Condition observed on or about August 7, 2013.    Seashore Construction/Seashore Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312268576, citation number 1, item number 5(a) and was affirmed as a final order on April 30, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 115 Salem, Spring Lake, NJ.
