29 CFR 1910.272(p)(1)(ii): All direct-heat grain dryers were not equipped with automatic controls that stop the grain from being fed into the dryer if excessive temperature occurs in the exhaust of the drying section. 1.) On or about August 7, 2013 the employer did not ensure that the grain dryer was equipped with controls that automatically stopped the incoming grain to the dryer when a high temperature condition was detected.
