Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system; (a) 905 N. State St in Jackson, MS - On or about August 7, 2013, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on the roof of a building 60 feet wide by 160 feet long and 27 feet tall without any fall protection.
