Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repairs, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: a) Loading Dock Area: On or about August 8, 2013 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that employees were required to maneuver forklifts by an unstable block wall in order to exit the facility.
