Employees were exposed to an eye impalement injury while using a pnuematic nail gun without proper safety eye wear.

On or about On or about August 7, 2013 at a Worksite located at 16408 144th Kansas City Missouri. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard when working on a 12/12 pitch roof at elevation approximately 13-19 feet without fall protection.
