29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws:    On or about August 7, 2013 the 220 Volt cord connecting the company trailer to the generator did not have a strain relief device.  The cord was too small for the plug provided leaving the wire loose around the other sheath.  The generator was located near the company trailer, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
