29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): In any workplace where respirators were necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators were required by the employer, the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures that include in the program the provisions contained in 1910.134(c)(1)(i) through 1910.134(c)(1)(ix): (a) Westgate Chevrolet Inc. dba Apple Collision Center of Hanover - The employer's Respiratory Protection program did not include provisions for selecting respirators, medical evaluations, procedures for the fit testing, procedures for cleaning, disinfecting, storing, inspecting, repairing and discarding of respirators, training employees on the respiratory hazards in the workplace, training employees on the proper use of the respirators, and procedures for regularly evaluating the effectiveness of the program, on or about August 13, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
