29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): When the employer had assessed the workplace hazard(s) and determined that hazard(s) were present, the employer did not select and/or use the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee from the hazard(s): (a) Intersection of Farrgut Ave. and Z St. Officer directing traffic was not wearing an approved reflective vest, meeting the criteria set fourth in the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices Section 6E.02 of Class 2 or higher as per ANSI/ISEA 107-2004 American Standard for High-Visability Apperal or ANSI/ISEA 207-2006 American National Standard for High-Visability Public Safety Vests.
