There was no hazard communication program developed or implemented. Abatement certification is required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Agriculture Reference: 1928.21(a)(5)): On or about 8/6/2013, Throughout the facility: Employees were exposed to and using products such as, but not limited to Copper Sulfate, Crimson Chlor Sanitizer, DeLaval Acid Blend and Chloridine 55 Sanitizing Teat Spray. Training was not provided to employees regarding the hazards associated with the chemicals they were exposed to and using, along with ways to protect themselves. Abatement certification is required for this item.
