29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: At the Dry Fertilizer Building the employer is failing to protect employees from a fall hazard in the following but not limited to: i) No guard rail system was present on the West entryway roof were employees were accessing by mean of a fixed ladder. ii) Employees are accessing the roof of the Dry Fertilzer Building without fall protection. iii) No guard rail system was instaled on the load out platfrom located in the Chemical Shed.
