29 CFR 1926.602(a)(3)(i): No employer shall move or cause to be moved construction equipment or vehicles upon any access roadway or grade unless the access roadway or grade is constructed and maintained to accommodate safely the movement of the equipment and vehicles involved. Site: 30 West 46th Street New York, NY On or about 8/9/13 a) The access surface, roadway/terrain which the back hoe was on was sloped. The stability of the back hoe and its load was compromised due to the slope.
