Full containers of product (approx. 10 gal. capacity) were required to be installed to an automatic washing system by removing the cap(s) and connecting the hose(s) to the container.    An eye wash facility to allow for a continuous 15 minutes flow was not provided to prevent employee(s) from being   splashed by product when removing cap(s) and iconnecting the hose(s) during the product replacement operation(s).      Observed on/or about 8/9/2013.
