29 CFR 1926.403(i)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. P&S Construction Inc. - Andersen AFB Bldg. 25002 - On or about August 13, 2013 and at times prior thereto the working space about the electrical panel adjacent to storage room 106A was blocked from immediate access in case of an emergency with the structures wiring including the lighting used by the contractors during renovation of the building.
