Citation 1, Item 1: 29 CFR 1926.307(b)(1): Flywheel(s) with parts seven feet or less above floor(s) or platform(s) were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1926.307(b)(1)(i) through (b)(1)(vi):  On or about 8/13/13, the employer did not guard the flywheel of the Honda, model GX 160 air compressor to protect employees from in-going nip-points.
